Location: Farmingdale, NJ
Employment Type: Full-Time/On Site
Schedule: Mon-Thur 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st Shift) Pay Rate: $15.92- $17.92. Mon-Thur 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM (2nd Shift)
Pay Rate: $16.75-$18.75 per hour

Position Summary
Pack finished product in accordance with standard packaging procedures, while maintaining quality standards and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
Safety Management
- Work at different stations as production requires.
- Inspect, weigh, and package products.
- Monitor flow of product into processing machinery.
- Verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work rules, and efficient operation of equipment.
- Report potential production downtime, scrap production, and quality of each machine and summarize data from shift.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work closely with Quality Control for room clearance and approvals.
- Show a desire and willingness to learn and succeed.
- Complete all required training activities.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the organization by maintaining regular, on-site attendance, act in a reliable manner and follow-through on responsibilities.
Qualifications
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk manufacturing floors for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to wear required PPE and work in production environments.
Work Environment
This position operates in a manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, forklifts, chemicals, and varying temperatures. Appropriate PPE must be worn when entering production areas.
